How Does It Work?

When you decide to upgrade your parasol, send us your old one, and we’ll offer you a discount towards your new purchase. The amount you receive will depend on the condition of the parasol you send back. We want to make sure that you get a fair price, so if you’d like an estimate beforehand, simply send us detailed photos and information about the parasol.

Once we receive the parasol, we’ll inspect and assess it. If it’s in a condition that can be refurbished or repurposed, we’ll provide you with a gift card for the agreed discount. You can use this gift card on our website to purchase a new parasol or any other product.

What Happens to the Old Parasol?

We believe in making the most out of everything, which is why your returned parasol won’t just sit in a landfill. Here are a few ways we plan to reuse the parasol parts:

• Refurbishment: We will restore and refurbish parasols to give them a new lease of life, either for resale on our Outlet page or being used for parts to complete a new parasol.
